BEETROOT GARLIC NOODLES

Noodles......boiled 2 cup
Onion....... 2 chopped
Carrot .....1/2 cup chopped
Beetroot  ......1 cup chopped
Beens..... 1/2 cup chopped
Capsicum ...... 1 cup chopped
Garlic.....2 table spoons. Fine chopped
Ginger ....2 table spoonsfine chopped
Green chilly .....1/2 tea spoon fine chopped
Soya sauce.....2 table spoons
Red chilly sauce......1 table spoon
Black paper ......10 ( crushed)
Oil .....2 tea spoons
            Heat a frying pan put oil in it, now put Ginger ,garlic in it fry for  1 minutes,now put all sauce and black pepper ,salt ,green chilly in it ....now put all vegetables including onion in it fry till it becomes  translucent  now put noodles in it mix it well on a low flame.
         Now your beetroot garlic noodles is ready.

RAW BANANA CURRY IN MUSTERD GRAVY

IGRENDIENTS...
Row banana........4
Besan....... 1/2 cup
Tomato......3 fine chopped
Termaric powder.......1/2 tea spoon
Corriander powder......1/2 tea spoon
Red chilly powder..... 1/4 tea spoon
Musterd powder......2 table spoon
Methi Dana .....1/4 tea spoon
Oil......4 table spoon
Salt to taste
Boil bananas in a cooker till one whistle
now open the cooker peel the bananas and cut it into four pieces...


Took besan put pinch of salt,red chilly powder and make fine dosa batter like consistency. Heat the oil , dip bananas in besan batter and deep fry .


Now Heat the oil in a frying pan put methi Dana in it let it cracked now put tomatoes in it fry for 3 to 4 minutes...now put garlic paste, termaric powder, Corriander powder, musterd powder,salt fry for 4 to 5 minuts. Put 1 cup water in it ,let them boil now put fried bananas one by one in it ... Cook for 2 minutes .... Now your dish is ready

SABUDANA TIKKI....

ingredients
Sabudana .....1 cup ( soak for 2 to 3 hours)
Potato (boil).....2 big
Black paper....1/2 tea spoon ( crushed)
Green Corriander ......1/2 cup fine chopped
Green chilly....... 2 fine chopped
Salt..... To taste
Oil for shallow fry........ 3 to 4 table spoon
Mix all ingredients accept oil in a big bowl....Heat frying pan ,put oil in it ,let it warm now put tikki in it , fry it till golden brown .......now your SABUDANA  TIKKI is ready.....  :)
