INGREDIENTS
Fine flour ....500 g
Sugar.....250 g
Mava.....250g
Green cardamom ..10
Almond ....15
Chesuinut ......15
Coconut powder.....10 g
Sounf......10 g
Ghee .....250 g
Heat a pan and put mava in it fry till light brown .
Cool it , put green Caardmom with sugar in a mixer grinder and mix well. Keep it aside,
Now put almond ,chesuinut in a mixer grinder for make a thik powder.
Now put cardamom - sugar powder,almond ,chesuinut powder and coconut powder and sugar in mava . Mix well...now ur stuffing is ready.
Put fine flour in a big pan and put some ghee in it mix well and make a fine dough. Make puri like shape and put one tea spoon stuffing in it shape it like gujhiya.
Heat a pan put ghee in it and deep fry the gujhiya in a low flame...
