Ingredients.....
Chicken......1 kg cut into medium pieces
Onion ....... 4 big cut into pieces
Garlic ...... 5 pod
Ginger ...... 1"
turmeric powder....... 1 tea spoon
Corriander powder ......1 tea spoon
garam masala powder ...... 1 table spoon
Red chilly powder ....... 1 tea spoon
Whole jeera ...... 1 tea spoons
Bay leaf ....... 2
Whole red chilly...... 2
Vinegar ......1 table spoon
Oil ....... 50 g
Salt to taste
Clean chicken and put ginger garlic paste , termaricpowder , coriander powder , red chilly powder , some oil , salt in it , mix well keep aside
Heat oil , put whole jeera , bay leaf and whole red chilly in it. Let them cracked put onion in it , fry it to golden brown , put chicken in it , stir for 2 to 3 minutes low the flame and keep lid on. Continue stirring similarly for 15 to 20 minutes .now put garm masala and vinegar in it ,stir for 2 minutes.
Now your chicken curry is ready....... Serve with roti or nan...:)
