thekua a very famous Bihar cusine

Ingredients........
Wheat flour.......2 cup
Desi ghee..... 2 table spoon
Sugar..... 100 g
Jaggery( Gudd).....100g
Kaju .....50 g
Badam.... 50 g
Small cardamom ......3-4
Saunff......50 g
Coconut powder....50 g
Oil or Desi ghee for frying.......250 g
First soak jaggery in one cup of water.
Now put 10 g sugar and cardamom in a mixer grinder to make a thin powder
Put kaju ,badam,saunff, in a mixer grinder and make thick powder.
Take wheat flour in a big bowl,put Desi ghee in it and mix well..
After that put all thick powder like sugar ,cardamom,badam, kaju,coconut powder and whole sugar in it ,now put jaggery in it and make fine hard dough .
Take small part of it and press it on asach to give them a shape.
Fry it on a low flame to brown.
Now your thekua is ready.......:)
