Ingredients......
Besan .......1/2 cup
Curd ..... 1 and 1/2 cup.
Bundi .... 1 cup.
Rai .....1/4 tea spoon.
Methi Dana ....1/4 tea spoon.
Jeera...... 1/4 tea spoon
Heeng ....... 1 tea spoon
Red chilly...... 2
Red chilly powder .....1/4 teaspoon
Ghee ...... 1 table spoon
Take besan and curd put it in the mixer grinder and mix them well... Heat ghee in the frying pan and put rai,methi Dana ,jeera, red chilly,heeng let them cracked ,now put besan and curd mixer in it and stir them ,now put salt and red chilly powder in it let them boil and coocked them for 3-4 minutes.
Now put Bundi in it......put off the gas now..
Your Bundi kadhi is ready ........ :)
