Ingredients............
Milk full cream or toned......1 ltr.
Curd .........1 cup.
Sugar......1 cup.
Water 3 cup .
Firstly boil the milk ,while boiling put curd in it and continue boil the milk until it separated from water. Take it out from the flame .
Leave it for 4 to 6 minutes. Now drain out all water from it . And mix it well for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now shape them like rasgullas. Take a pressure cooker put sugar and water in it and let it boil .
When it boils put rasgullas in it and close the pressure cooker. Leave it till one whistle......now low the flame for 5 minutes.
Now open the cooker.......your RASGULLAS are ready...... :)
