Mustered fish curry

Fish ------ 1 kg ( rohu or katla )medium pices.
Garlic---- 10 pod
Red chilly powder----- 1 tea spoon
Yellow mustered------2 table spoon
Rai----1/2 tea spoon
Trmaric powder-----1 tea spoon
Methi Dana ----1/2 tea spoon
Khans-khans-----2 table spoons
Salt to taste
Oil 100 g
Onion ----- 1 cup fine chopped
Tomato ----- 4 big size fine chopped
Lemon juice-----3 tea spoon
Fine chopped coriander for garnishing
First clean the fish and marinate them with some term arid powder,red chilly powder and salt.
Keep it for 1/2 an hour
Then deep fry the fishes and keep them aside.

FOR GRAVY

Take all spices like garlic,red chilly powder,mustered powder ,khas-khas,,salt,termaric powder.
Put all spices in a mixer grinder......put some water for making fine paste.
Take a frying pan heat it.....after heating the pan put oil in it. When oil is heated put methi Dana and rai in it when it cracks,put the onion in it. Fry them well and when onion becomes golden brown put tomato in it and fry them well on a low flame. After 3-4 minute put all spices in it fry them well. After some time put salt and lemon juice in it.....fry them for 4-5 minute on low flame.now put one glass of water in it.
When it boils put fry fishes in it .cook for 2 minute......now your mustered fish is ready.....garnish it with coriander leaves.......:)
